It's a courier one in essence- I ordered something from a company, and the courier that delivered it left it on my doorstep...which faces the main road.
Surprisingly it wasn't there when I got home. I rang said company who will 'investigate'-in the meantime I'm down £60odd quid. I'm hoping I get this refunded but surely this is not common sense? It was clearly a package, in shiny white plastic packaging with the company's name on it (I have had deliveries from them before).
Anywho, I'm not crying into my tea but I can't be the only one baffled by illogical decisions made by companies. Hermes, tonight I salute your stupidity.
