Have you or your dh/ partner ordered something recently and one of you clicked to get faster delivery? Or have you had a free trial where you haven't cancelled the auto renewal? If you haven't used any of the prime benefits then you can contact them to cancel and get refunded

If you go onto your amazon account and manage my amazon prime you can cancel and get a refund
