Salt poisoning?

DS (4) has come home with homemade biscuits from preschool.
On tasting they've definitely used salt instead of sugar...

He's eaten most of a pretty large one, do I need to worry about salt poisoning? What should I do?

They tasted pretty grim, I'm not sure how he managed to eat it!

If your worried then phone nhs 24 for advice no harm in making sure ,would make u feel better i think,put your mind at rest.im sure he will be fine, kids eat all sorts that they are not ment too x
