I sympathise . I took my anger out on my hairbrush a couple of days ago and only had time to go and get a new one today. Sometimes we just gotta let rip 🤬

I threw my favourite cup in anger once. I was more pissed off about the cup than the thing I was pissed off with in the first place. I have my anger under control now

I've done that. It didn't help - my pan had a big dent in and I left a dent in the wooden floor stupid pan. I find tearing old sheets up helps. What was the soup?

I must admit I was more annoyed about the wasted soup than anything else once I'd done it.
