New car issues....HELP advice needed

I have no idea what to do any more. Confused

Brought a car from a well know second hand dealer for 10k. Within a few weeks I noticed a screeching whilst breaking, got in contact with them and I said I was not happy with it because of fault and want to return it, as it was still within the month I was eligible to return it. I was told that in order for me to reject the car it would first need to be checked by mechanic fixed then given back to me.

After this was done they then went on to explain to me that because I agreed for the work to get done I had to keep the car. I took the car back and decided to give it another shot as they claimed the car was fine.after a few day the problem reocurred I ended up taking it back again, frustrated this time I demanded that i no longer wanted the car and I wanted my money back, it was still within the month warranty, they kept fobbing me off.

It has now been 3 months since I brought the car and have been in regular contact with the company but the are still claming that the car is fine despite me sending them evidence of the issues. I have continusly been sent emails from one person to another but they still are refusing to deal with the matter and have recently said that they can do nothing more as they have checked the car and no fault has been found. I have sent numerous emails to the managers but they do not reply back. When I ask to speak to a manager I'm told that they are in a meeting or that it's just not possible . Since I've complained I've not verbally spoken to a single manager dispite asking every time I've called.

I'm just so sick and tired of it all and is really stressing me out. I hate driving the car, everyday I feel like it's going to break down. If the car breaks down i will lose out on 10k.
Please help any advice

I think you need to take it further because they are wrong specifically in terms of how they handled it within the first 30 days of purchase.

As I understand it you can return goods within the first 30 days - having work carried out does not mean that you have to keep the goods.
