Where are all the kids books about growing up in a single parent family?

I can get:

“The night daddy went to jail”
“Mama, Mummy and me”
“Dada, Daddy and me”
“Do I have a Daddy?” (Bit of a harsh title if you ask me, it’s about donor conception)

But I can’t find one bloody book about growing up without a dad around. I wouldn’t have thought it was a small market either

Any suggestions?

There aren't many as its still quite a taboo thing in this day and age. Im going to be a single mother soon so it would be nice to find a title which my dd could relate to once she is of age.

I don’t think coming from a single parent family is taboo anymore is it?!

The Harry and the Dinosaurs books show Harry and his sister and mum living with Nan, with no mention of a father.
