M&S online checkout

Can somebody help before I lose my mind? Just trying to place a quick order for new underwear but I can't get to the payment details--- At this rate it would be quicker to get on the train to my nearest storeGrinThank you

I have occasionally had issues with M&S.

Sometimes trying to process it in a different browser - Firefox vs Chrome etc clears whatever glitch it is.

Sometimes it's just hopeless.

I think they've recently changed it. I had a similar problem last week. Then I realised that you now have to choose between collection and delivery at the top of the page, before you can move on to payment. I'm not sure if that was the problem, but it seemed to work for me after that.
