Curently lying on bed with coffee mns whilst dh and ds downstairs watching a film, waiting for my breakfast to be cooked

Later got all the family over for a visit and if the weather holds, a trip to the park for

I'm on the sofa drinking coffee while ds 1,3&4 watch the simpsons. Dh and ds2 are still in bed. We need to tackle the whole house when they get up the place is a pigsty.

About to get showered, dressed and out to photograph some dogs.

Drinking coffee, thinking about getting dressed for work. Back to back appointments I think so we're all off in half an hour early for a coffee & to finish last night's putting away.

The girls are spending the day with their dad. Hopefully he'll think to iron school shirts, if not I'll do it later on.

Dd2 wants to bake when I get home so think I'll whip up the packet mix brownies with her before we get showered & sorted for the week.

Feeling poorly.
DH and I unwisely decided that it would do all our various coughs and colds and viruses good to go out yesterday. Mistake. We all came home utterly wiped out.

So today will be spent doing nothing. DH is having a lie in, DD(5) and DS(2) are watching CBeebies. I’m thinking about making a coffee but not sure I cba. 😴

Lovely lovely DH has just made me breakfast in bed, along with DD. They're now playing some odd word game whilst I MN. DM and partner coming over for a big roast lunch later, and just some general housework to do but nothing too taxing. Feeling pretty good which is a rare occurrence so planning to make the most of it!

The boys are apparently re-enacting a NASCAR race in the living room .

Were off to a Lego exhibition later.

Visiting friend's kitten (friend on hols).
Planning my work week... later today I'll swim (& visit kitten again). Will procrastinate at home & not get much done there!

Just been to the gym and now have coffee brewing. Ds still asleep so joining oh on sofa with my coffee for 10 minutes before the shopping arrive. And obviously need a shower at some point.

Hoping the rain will stop so we can go for a walk and some food this afternoon but not getting my hopes up!

I've just showered and MNing while DH showers. I'm half thinking of making a cuppa while I'm waiting.

We're away for the weekend so we'll spend all day today exploring and eating

I'm waiting for my nail polish to dry, then we're off to my graduation!

I should be full of beans because I achieved a 2:1 as a lone parent, on a very intense course (professional degree in one academic year) with a diagnosis of dyslexia in the middle of it. But in reality I hate getting styled up, making small talk, crowds of people and I'm shattered- all for 3 seconds of glory. I would much prefer a day snuggling on the couch with the kids watching films.
Then we will come home and do the usual school uniform ironing, getting ready for the week etc.

Just a relaxing day. Ironing and a little more cleaning this morning then a walk after lunch. Cooking and getting ready for the week later this evening. Bliss!

I think I’m finally having a pj day - first since erm end of November. No one visiting I think 🤔 so just a normal Sunday spent at home with my boys - roast pork today and some ironing. That is it. Great especially as I have a cold.

Watching loads of wildlife programmes on bbc and having a lovey cup of tea and ds 2 is napping - until wwe wrestling starts at 11am and DS1 charges in.

Been awake since stupid o’clock
Have walked into town to my favourite coffee shop and am enjoying coffee and toast and reading the paper
Dinner is in the slow cooker and we are going to head out later for some fresh air
Lazy day needed ahead of another manic week

It's raining like mad here.
Dcat is deeply insulted about the weather - which is my fault obviously.
DD prepares for school - it's her last semester.
DS - deep in puberty - thinks about getting up.
DH is working and I will do some baking, scanning and I'll try to learn something about how to stop the decay of my neck vertebra.

We are off to an adoption activity day where we could possibly meet our next child :)

Under a duvet on the sofa with DD watching How to Train your Dragon 2. No plans for today, other than washing on and sorting through pantry cupboard to establish just how many cans of beans we actually do have

I'm on my third coffee, thinking about either getting showered or catching up on some marking.

Dh has just taken ds2 to rugby - I should have been standing in a wet muddy field watching ds1 play football but it's been cancelled so I've got a bonus morning in. Ds1 is shouting at the PS4 with his mates.

We may go over to my brother's later, and we need to book a holiday cottage for the summer, which we've been procrastinating about.

I have just been into work to collect something. Now eating breakfast, then I am going to go for a long walk in the hills before coming home to cook roast beef later on this afternoon.
