Why does Shane Williams keep referring to Wales being in Nantes last week? They were in Nice!
Is it some kind of bet?

I wish they wouldn't have him on commentary. The game was dull but Shane was duller.

You were watching a different game from me then. I thought the SW/Flats commentary banter was brilliant! Italy have made huge progress and played better than I've ever seen. It was was far more enjoyable than Scotland Ireland.

Oh I totally agree Italy are much better. I hate people dismissing them as an easy win. The game was just frustrating as a Wales fan. We needed that bonus point.

Yep. Shame about the bonus point. But Gats is concentrating on the long game, and the World Cup I think. He blooded a couple of newbies today but I'll bet he'll have the likes of Alun Wyn on from the start against the English.
SW did admit he was wrong about Nantes after the half time break😀.
