What can I do tomorrow to cheer myself up?

I had so many plans for today. List as long as my arm but was just going to take it in my stride. When I woke up this morning and felt dizzy and sick. Had to go back to bed and sleep
It off. I'm better now but feeling sorry for myself as I've wasted a day.

What can I do tomorrow to make myself feel better?

Go running or doing yoga. Refresh yourself with sport.

Have a lovely swim and read a book with coffee and cake. Wander around a market. Clothes shopping. Cinema.
