How long after c section did you have intercourse?

I'm 3 weeks since my c section, scar is a little sore still but I feel fine apart from that.

Just wondering if im safe to let DH near me?!

Had two c-sections. Only had sex when I felt ready. Can’t remember when that was, suspect after 6-8 weeks. That was partly about sleep deprivation in the early days though- bedtime was time for napping! Grin

What is your DH attitude towards it? Wouldn’t he happily stop if you gave it a try but found it too uncomfortable?

Might have been 6-8 weeks. Not sure exactly but around that.

About a week BUT dts were in NICU and we were getting enough sleep! After they came home it was a different story...

I've had four c sections. Had one week after my last one. Just go gentle and stop when you need to.
