Help me find this hymn!

It's driving me mad! It's a 'modern' hymn 80s/90s I think? It has a line in it about the ocean/waves washing over you or something similar? This line is in the chorus. It was often sung at primary schools I think. A very catchy hymn.

Could this be it? (Waves, worship central)

No it's neither of those but thank you.

I 'think' it has a line to do with 'go down to the town' or that might be a different hymn?

Into the town reminds me of Colours of Day but that's not water-based.

Could that first (if different!) be Shine, Jesus, Shine? Has a line in the chorus “Flow, River, flow...”

I know it's irrelevant but that primary school autumn song about silk inside a chestnut shell and rather randomly jet planes refuelling always gets me!
