Mild anxiety

Ive suffered with depression and anxiety for years. At the moment im ok apart from what id describe as mild anxiety. As in I can function, attend social events and dont want just hide from the world. However ive constantly got a feeling of what I describe as impending doom. Or im just feeling a little gittery like ive had a super strong coffee. Does anyone else suffer what im describing and how do you deal with it.

Yep, me too. I recently went to my GP, who was great and prescribed sertraline. Been on it for around 2 months. It’s been life changing. I still have a little way to go as it takes a while to fully build up in your system. But that gnawing dread is almost completely gone.
