Morning sickness tease.

Hi all. I'm 7+3.
So today I woke up feeling fantastic. The last 10 days have been bad. Couldn't eat vomiting up to 3 times a day. Today... nothing....untill I had a shower and now the sickness is back.
I've done so much today cleaned the house cleaned the sofa covers everything. But it's back.
Anyone else get days like that where you think it's gone then it hits again ... hard???

Known and really annoying thing!

it's the hormones fluctuating. But a word of advice ... overdoing it really makes the sickness and nausea worse. When you're feeling better, just do a bit and wait to see how you feel, then build up gradually
