DS 11 is massive football fan. He's also very sensitive and doesn't like talk of people dying. Sad he's been desperately sad about Emiliano Salas disappearance and now we know death. I think he needs to pay his respects somewhere and maybe take some daffodils ? He keeps singing the song that the Cardiff city fans sang last weekend
"We'll play for Sala"
We don't live anywhere near Cardiff but what can we do to feel like we have paid our respects in some way?

Throw a bunch of flowers in the nearest sea and write a letter and ask the club to forward it to the family?

@caroline161 Oh bless him, what a lovely boy you've raised. I have to say, this awful incident has really upset me, far more than is reasonable, probably because I am a mum with an adult child just setting out on her journey. I think because it was such a fluke set of circumstances, such a promising young life lost, absolutely horrendous. On top of that, the poor pilot still lost at sea and his grieving family. I think writing to the club would be a good idea, it will give him an outlet. The other possibility is Instagram? Both Sala and his sister have pages and there are very many thousands of condolences on both. Perhaps a message on there if it's something you use. It's a difficult thing to explain to children isn't it? I hope DS is OK.
