Have cosmetic surgery, what would you have done?

I was chatting to my daughter and daughter-in-law earlier today and we got onto the subject of plastic surgery.
My daughter said that she would have her nose done ( there's nothing wrong with her nose, well in my eyes anyway)
My daughter-in-law said that she would have a tummy tuck.
I said I would have everything from the forehead down. I'd have my boobs reduced and hoiked back up, along with my arse. I'd have liposuction everywhere, a tummy tuck and my crows feet ironed out.
Basically rub me out and draw me again 😂

Over to you lovely lot.

this is a bit of fun, not rights, wrongs and ethics

If there were a guarantee of it not going tit’s up (ba doom tish Grin) and a magic wand to wave away recovery time or a luxury villa somewhere lovely to recover in I’d have -

Ears pinned back. I look like Prince Charles with my hair up.

Nose ever so slightly reduced. It’s a bit Roman on the bridge.

Tits done but very subtlety.

Does procedures count? I’d have all the fancy facial and hair treatments I could. Bit of Botox too. No fillers though I’ve seen them go awry too often.

I’d just want to tweak a few bits here and there.

Laser hair removal and the odd zap of scars and spider veins. I'd think of a nose job but TBH I can't really be arsed. I'm so far from perfect I'd rather settle for happy in my own middle aged skin.

well, as long as their was no pain and no danger! (and no ethics, I would never have anything done in real life)

I would have my eyes lifted, my top lids are very droopy
tummy tuck
liposuctions to reduce bum and thighs and love handles.

I am not pretty, never have been, but not bothered by looks as such, just fed up with the heavy sagging old bits!

(and wouldn't mind goign down a dress size or two in the process)

I'd want rubbing out and starting again too. My face is fine I wouldn't change that. But being a lazy, greedy mare and having 4 DC has left the rest of my body in a right mess. I'd have my boobs hoiked up and my belly tucked in. Bingo wings sorted out, liposuction everywhere and stretchmark removal.

Blobby10 · 08/02/2019 14:55

I would have lipo and a full tummy tuck to get rid of my baby blob and c section pouch - youngest 'baby' is now 18 so it's never going to go on its own Grin Same with the jodhpurs of fat on the outside very top of my thighs! My legs are fine apart from these bits Angry.

Blobby10 · 08/02/2019 14:56

Oh yes - I'd have the eyelid lift too Grin

user1494055864 · 08/02/2019 15:24

I'd have my whole face done!!, I've always felt weird looking and ugly, but never had a problem with my figure.
I had a nose job 20 odd years ago, as it was big and broken, but its broken again since, but I wouldn't go through all the trauma of having it re-done now I'm older and have kids. There are more important things in life. I just try not to think about my ageing face Grin

thecatsthecats · 08/02/2019 15:47

Nothing on my face.

A full hair transplant from someone who doesn't get excema and has beautiful, non insane hair.

Lipo all bloody over. Breast remodelling (I think I must have breast-only dysmorphia, as I simply do not picture them in my head as large as they are, and since weightloss they are still huge, but now also distinctly droopy).

I’m over 60 and my boobs need help, I’m loosing a bit of excess weight and I’m booking in to get the girls trimmed up.

AnneProtheroe · 08/02/2019 17:33

Laser eye treatment. Sick of losing my glasses because I can't see with them for close up nor without them for distance.

Tummy tuck. I've had a small post-baby bump since DD was born. She's 23 next Birthday. Blush

My own personal trainer to nag me to run daily. I love it but it's too easy to "not feel like it" today. Sad

AnneProtheroe · 08/02/2019 17:37

Oops misread. Bloody glasses!

Definitely the tummy tuck. And my jawline needs some definition too.

Since I stopped drinking alcohol my baggy eyelids have tightened up so that's not needed now.

Other than that, I guess it's my horrible teeth which will make any dentist rub his hands together with joy and book a holiday of a lifetime... Grin

RedHatsDoNotSuitMe · 08/02/2019 18:45

Even though there's practically nothing about me I wouldn't prefer to change, no. I really wouldn't.

I think it's a road to discontent. So no, unless I needed it medically, I wouldn't ever go there.

But no disrespect to those who do. Each to their own.

Ifangyow · 08/02/2019 19:04

I want head to toe liposuction so I go into theatre looking like a marshmallow and come out looking like a supermodel 😁
Naturally I want to be waited on hand and foot by an oiled up muscled hunk to aid my recovery.

Aah Nurse, my meds. Thanks

I'd have the very top inch of each thigh, where thigh meets buttock, sucked out and discreetly disposed of. My legs are actually pretty good as I run a lot, but that little pocket of fat just won't go!
