Please the most small amount of washing up for maximum reward

Go to Waitrose or M&S and buy something nice probably!

Buy in M&S pre prepped dinner. Heat it up, plate up - washing up is minimal compared to cooking it all from scratch.

Yeah that PP have said, M&S FTW!!!

roundligament · 08/02/2019 12:05

Low on inspiration, pregnant, tired and whingey today

Get a meal deal marks have a few on right now I think you can always freeze bits of it for another day.

toomuchfaster · 08/02/2019 17:21

Pasta and pesto, eat out of the saucepan!

AngelaStorm73 · 08/02/2019 17:25

Another one for pasta

My easy easy dinners are either pasta and sauce or pesto or pasta bake made with jar sauce and ready grated cheese on top (the pasta cooks in the sauce no need to pre cook and can bung in veg/tuna/baked beans etc.)

I also am partial to cheesy chips occasionally. Soo frigging easy!

Arnoldillo · 08/02/2019 17:28

Steak and nice oven chips with (premade) peppercorn sauce and button mushrooms. Maybe a side of bagged salad if you must. Ready in 20 minutes.

Tensixtysix · 08/02/2019 17:32

We live in the back of beyond, so can't get takeaways delivered. If we want fish and chips we go into town and eat it in the car.

Our meals are mainly from Tesco.

Meat, add chips, rice or pasta

Casseroles

Ready made soups

Roasts

Don't miss take aways. Ridiculously expensive!

I just whatsappd a screen shot of the good food recipe for jambalaya and sent it to my 12 year old. Told her to practice her food tech by cooking. All the ingredients are in the kitchen. There's probably some prawns in the freezer. Its garlic spicy rice she can't fuck it up too much can she?

mrsm43s · 08/02/2019 17:35

Too late for tonight, but if your takeaways are rubbish, I'd probably sign up for a simply cook box. Cheap, long use by dates, only need a few ingredients and quick to prepare. Handy as a Friday night takeaway replacement.

For tonight, I'd go for something in the pre-prepared fresh supermarket ranges.

M&S curries are really nice, I'd choose these over a takeaway any day. My DH is a big home curry cook and thinks they're really good too
