With 100 days to go it would appear the first article is out on Eurovision!

I have given them a listen and conclude we are going to lose again, colour me shocked, but best of the bunch is the Holly Tandy one, if I had to pick.
I picked SuRie last year and she did a bloody good job, bless her.

Ooh I do love Eurovision - went to the semi-finals in Stockholm in 2016 and had an awesome time despite being pregnant with twins (I think I was the only sober person there).

I am already grooming my twins to be the U.K. entry one day 😂

It was very repetitive. I can see it being one that I will remember for that reason.

Her voice is very warbly- at least I could understand the (few) lyrics in the last one!

Avid eurofan here! Sadly compared to the other national finals this year, our songs aren't great at all. I'd say Michael has the best shot of the bunch, assuming his vocals are good!

I didn't like it- but warbler was awful, and it was clearly a dance track they then tried to slow down.

DD preferred that version but deemed it not very eurovision-y.

How is it that these contestants are the ones we pick from? Cause it seems we start off with a crap bunch!

Sorry, just saw your thread. Have also,started a thread.

Preferred the second version, but felt it started of strongly, then was weaker.

The first singer was okay, but I didn’t like her version. Also, we’re always suspicious when there are big production numbers - is it trying to hide a poorer performance (May have watched too much X factor!)

Petal oh yes- big production is always there to disguise something on X Factor .

I enjoy researching Eurovision and having a bet to win. Last year I had Cyprus and came 2nd.

Funnily enough, I quite like this in a wacky Euro sort of way.

The backing dancers and the backing screens are terrible too.
We need to up our game!

Did not like freaks very much but now understand the chemical romance black parade comparison - brocadetastic.
