Anyone else had their online shopping order cancelled, have phoned them and the woman said that they are having problems and she can't access anything to tell me what is happening.

Online shopping order with who? What has Nationwide got to do with it, are you saying that your card has not been accepted?

Have you contacted Nationwide? If there's a problem they should know.

I rang nationwide earlier and the woman on the phone told me that they were having a technical issue and all of there systems would be down for the next few hours, could have something to do with that?

I had a notice of planned maintenance. Could it be that?

Sorry have been at work. I phoned them earlier and they couldn't access anything as yes there was planned maintenance. Although I thought it was for tomorrow, I've reordered it for tomorrow so fingers crossed they take it.
