Money is no object. You have a whole room to yourself, maybe even a warm shed. No one else is allowed in. What do you do with it?

I would set up a sewing room. Lots of lovely fabrics on organised shelves. A wine fridge. A well set up sewing table, radio 4 playing in the background. No children whinging at me.

My own bedroom and chill out zone with the most luxurious bed.

Reading room/snug. It would have a log fire, oak shelves and warm soft yellow walls. There would be an excellent radio to listen to R4 Extra. Ideally, the view would be of a river and the walls would be lovely and thick so you could have a window seat. It would have to have a couple of nice high backed chairs by the fires and a more snuggly sofa too.

This would be my choice but it would also have a kettle and a small fridge, for coffee, milk and chocolate stash and shelves for lots and lots and lots of books.

It would also have two snuggly cats.

Lots of books, a comfy chair and an industrial sized lock on the inside.

Pole dancing studio 😍

Painting studio. With a comfy sofa, fabulous light, Bose speaker for podcasts and music, shower so I'm clean when I go back in the house, cashmere throws, masses of art supplies and underfloor heating.
Bliss.

Library. Aside from the books lining the walls everything else very muted and minimally. One huge window with window seat (in my fantasy it looks out over cliffs), big squashy chair and a desk for writing. Fireplace and a cosy bed for my dog.

A lovely cosy sitting room. Lots of book shelves along the wall and storage for jigsaw puzzles and crochet projects. It would have a big comfortable chair with cushions and a blanket and a really lovely arty lamp over it for reading. I'd also have a table big enough to do jigsaw puzzles at with another comfortable chair and a good light for that. There would be a few succulent plants and ornaments scattered about, some photos of family, a small fridge for drinks and snacks and fresh flowers in a vase every week. The cat can come in, but no one else!

We put a pub in our shed last year

We love it

Another room id be tempted to make it a library or cinema room

Or maybe i should just have two exta rooms

My fantasy! It would be a long, wide rectangle with wooden floor. One long wall would be all windows, looking out over fields and hills. The opposite wall would be lined with books. One short wall would have a fire place with real fire. There'd be a chaise longue/day bed and a huge desk. The other end would be a mini gym/meditation/yoga room with a cross trainer looking out over fields, a yoga mat, weights and a mirror for barre work.

I'd have a small gym, an area with a bed/extremely comfy sofa and loads of snuggly blankets and pillows, a little kitchen area and bathroom, and a piano. It would be completely private, no children or partners allowed. Oh, I'd have a cat that lived there, a magical one who could look after itself. excellent wifi as well. it would smell divine and be completely soundproofed.

Joint craft room and library. Lots of shelves for books and craft stuff, and plenty of other storage too. Sofa, TV and wood burning stove at one end of the room, so I have somewhere cosy to knit, crochet, sew or read.

Big table for cutting out drsss pattern pieces and for sewing machine, or for painting or other crafts. Computer in the corner, in case I need to spend time on MN.

Kitchen and loo just outside the craft room, so I don’t need to go anywhere else except for bedtime!

I like going to Burford Garden Centre and looking at these things all set up. Particularly like the big wood framed orangery/greenhouse things.

Unfortunately I live in a 3 bed semi, not a Victorian Vicarage, so haven't got the room or the money for one.

A bath.
A kettle.
A skylight.
An armchair.
A bookshelf.
A writing desk.
Lots of natural light.

As money is no object mine would be a dual purpose walk in wardrobe and sewing room - I mainly sew clothes so having the two close by would make sense, I could plan outfits on my mannequin that were a mix of clothes I have and fabric to make things with, could adjust things easily...

There would be a fold away sewing station (see picture), shelving for bags, hanging hooks for accessories like scarves, great shoe storage where I could SEE everything, I'd need a good hat rack too. And some great mirrors and lighting
