Ocado fire

Thankfully it seems nobody had been hurt in the blaze. It's my local depot and I usually order my shopping from them but I'm s tad apprehensive given the ferocity and scale of the fire.

If I put in an order is it likely to come?

You'd be better off contacting them directly, they should be able to give you a definite answer.

My driver this am mentioned it although that is not my local depot.

I find the best way to get a fast answer from Ocado is to tweet.

I would have thought they will fill orders from other close depots?

I've been hunting around but not seen anything specific. Thought their social might be slightly inundated!

I've been so impressed with them and never had a single substitution so would like to keep shopping with them if possible.

I had someone from Milton Keynes deliver mine this evening, because of the fire - he apologised for not knowing the area.

Their booking system will tell you when/if they can deliver so give it a go. If your order does get cancelled it will be saved so you can rebook easily.

This made me realise I have no idea where my order comes from.

But thus morning's arrived on time, with one missing item.

And for the first time, a grumpy delivery driver. Maybe he isn't really suited o the early morning shift
