I desperately need to lose weight, it's starting to get out of hand now.
I lost 4 stone years ago on slimming world (and have now gained that and more after 4 pregnancies) so I'm going to go back to that.
If you're doing slimming world, or have done it, what do you eat on a typical day?
I always do the same food and get so bored of it and am in need of some new inspiration. Thanks
