Numb after fall?

I fell backwards down the stairs nearly 4 weeks ago, landing on my right hand side. Went A&E they said possible broken ribs/ shoulder blade. I have noticed my 'side boob' feels a bit numb.
Normal?

Hopeful bump before sleep

Trapped nerve? I've knackered my shoulder and have numb patches on my arm. Pop to the doctor to get it checked out, they may recommend exercises to help release or relieve it.
