Have got stuck in a rut with food and eating the same meals all the time and could do with ideas, day in day out meals are :

Jacket and Filling
Piece Of Fish or Meat With Veg
Chinese Style Chicken with Stir Fry Veg or Rice
Curry
Stew
Spag Bol
Lasagne
Enchiladas
Sausage Casserole
Risotto

I'm just a bit bored and could do with adding fresh ideas into the mix or a different variation on what I'm eating.

Have you been on the Pinch of Nom website? I think it's great. BBC food search online always brings up good ideas, too, and you can search by type eg chicken.
One idea that just came to me:
Flatten a chicken breast and top with tomato puree then add whatver you fancy eg mushrooms peppers onions and some grated cheese (pizza-topped chicken and it's so tatsy and easy!).
Simple pasta dishes can be so tasty eg lemon, olive oil, garlic and flaked salmon. Toad in the hole? Salmon en croute? Veggie lasagne with spinach and ricotta? Fajitas? Good luck :)

It's very meaty...unless the curry is vegetarian? I'd stick some non-meat options in there just because it's healtheir.

We have homemade pizzas....we make the dough (Jamie Oliver's recipe is easy) and stick a load of veggies and cheese on it.

You could do a vegetarian curry or maybe some "bowls" like these

Equally nice but meaty is home made chicken nuggets and burgers....also another veg option is falafel.

I've been trying to change our meals lately and these have all gone down well:
Frankies- Indian street food wrap things, and really tasty, we do them with chickpeas instead of meat
Moo shu chicken- a Chinese chicken dish you wrap in a pancake (soft tacos or those duck pancakes work if you want an easy option)
Fish tacos- as a lazy option I use breaded cod, but have also used prawns and tofu
Feijoada- good for slow cooker/Instant pot or leftover roast meat, Brazillian black bean stew.

Spaghetti bolagnaise- shepherds pie
Enchiladas- fajitas
Risotto-pasta bake
Lasagne mince- meatballs

What about including some more fish meals... fish cakes, fish pie, tuna pasta, mackerel, trout etc...I do this cod dish a lot because it’s so quick realfood.tesco.com/recipes/baked-cod-with-a-tangy-topping.html
Frittatas
Tagines
Falafel
Homemade burgers - these tuna burgers are easy www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/fish-recipes/the-best-tuna-burger/
Puff pastry tarts
Couscous salads - this is my favourite www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/11690/10minute-couscous-salad
Toad in the hole
Paella
Stir frys - beef, chicken, prawn etc... and mix it up with alternating rice and egg/wheat noodles
Pies - chicken and leek, ham and mushroom, steak etc...

It's not actually really that meaty!

Jacket Filling is Tuna
Curry is Prawn
Usually Salmon with Veg
Stir Fry and Enchilada is Chicken
Stew, Bol and Lasagne is Beef
Risotto is Veg or seafood

Some ideas to work through here definitely more fish always struggle in getting an omelette to go frittata
