Do you shower twice a day on your period?

In order to feel clean and relaxed, I really need to shower before leaving the house and when I come home, when I'm on.

Do most people do similar?

I have a couple of baths a day on the first few days. It helps with the discomfort and the yuck factor. I cant settle if i dont feel clean down there. And no a wash wouldnt cut it. The whole area needs a good soaking.

I see- try use a plastic jug- Stand in the bath or shower and throw on soapy water.. it’s easier

Nope. Flow is heaviest at day one then thins out and if wearing pads shouldn't cause too many issues.
