How do I use this?

I know I bought this on an MN recommendation but I can't remember what exactly what recommended.

Do I just use it like a normal facecloth? Wet it and then use on my face?

Is it a Korean Italy towel? It’s used like an exfoliating mitt, so wet and rub.

Wouldn’t use it in my face though, I use it on my legs.
