Slight back story. Was in a minor accident, March 18. Had slipped disc, whiplash and post concussion syndrome. I'm now being referred to the hospital as it looks like I have Fibromyalgia. I can cope with pain but the fatigue is just too much. I can barely get down the stairs without being utterly exhausted. I feel physically heavy and just exhausted, all the time. I have a week off work this week. I hoped to do thing and to write an essay but I've spent most of it sleeping and doing very little.
Anyone out there also with Fibro? I'm sick of feeling so tired all the time.
