I've sprained my ankle quite badly for the 4th or 5th time (I lost count), and been told that I now have bone degeneration on the end of my fibula and will need to wear an ankle brace long term to support my ankle.
The support I have is an old Lonsdale elasticated/Velcro thing that does an awesome job, but I've had it about 10 years and tbh, its really past its best.
I'm struggling to find a good replacement, a couple I've tried just dont offer the right kind of support/compression or they're too bulky to get on under my converse high tops (best shoes for that extra support I've found)
Can anyone recommend me one that won't break the bank?
