Changed contraceptive pill - spotting

Changed from millenette a combined pill
To cerelle a progesterone only pill
Hanged pills on first of dec
To star with didn't have a period for 6 weeks
Then more recently having irregular bleeding
I was on the millenete for ages
Dr suggested swapping to a safer pill as over 40 - less strong safer for health.
Guessing body is still getting used to new pill

In the absence of risk factors such as obesity, smoker, high blood pressure, etc you can stay on the combined pill until age 50. Do you have any risk factors?
