My partner and I are going through a difficult patch and feeling resentful towards each other as well as feelin unsupported etc and had a big row in which he ended up swearing at me in front of our kids.
I can access a few free sessions of counselling through work and I'm unsure whether to do this. I am worried in case it ends up making things worse as we end up being brutally honest and wrecking what ever we had left!?
Any experiences positive or negative I'd love to hear about them. Thank you
