I'm mid-late 40's and have noticed a few more daily aches and pains, along with thinner hair, grey-er skins etc - I guess all the normal signs of aging. I'd like to start taking a couple of daily vitamins or supplements but there is so much conflicting info out there that it's a bit overwhelming. Anyone got any recommendations?
I already take a daily cod liver oil which I've been taking for about 6 years. No idea if it's doing anything tbh.
