Tom Bradby, ITV News at Ten

I rarely watch News at Ten but if I do I am always struck by how much I dislike watching and listening to Tom Bradby. I find his presentation dull and uninteresting and his speech phrasing very odd- so much so that at times his meaning is actually unclear; particularly at the start of the show when he reads a series of headlines and often runs them together. His face is like a waxwork.
I know nothing about him but for some reason can not bear to watch him and end up turning to BBC1 .

I thought it was just me. I now find news at 10 completely unwatchable.

I think he puts his spin on it too much, I dont care about his opinion on everything I just want him to read the news.....its the facial expressions and sighs that give away what hes thinking

He has a very odd delivery. Sometimes I hear him giving us his ‘take’ on the story with an expression of ‘what they like eh!’ followed by a rueful little smile and I think

‘you know you’re just supposed to tell us the news right?’Confused

I don't know how he ever recovered from the Geonoa Bridge collapse.

I thought it was Prince William he was friends with. They picked him to go e their only interview with.

I really like him. I like his sarcastic little personal spin on things. I think it makes it a bit more interesting.

After delivering one piece of news, quite a while back, so can't remember what it was about, he made the facetious comment afterwards "make of that what you will". Just read the bloody news without the asides Tom Bradby Hmm

Yes! I thought it was just me. The news is SUPPOSED to be serious. The other readers all have some gravitas. When I see it’s him I just switch over.
