I've had one, fairly small one on my right foot for year. Caused me little discomfort if I'm honest but oh my god, since I got home from work today at about 4.30 I've literally been in agony with it. The pain has actually almost made me cry! Been taking ibuprofen and putting ice on it to no avail. What's going on????
