Really fucking grumpy, my Aldi dessert has mould on it

I am so pissed off. Have the worst pms and dying for a nice sweet thing, got myself a vanilla dessert, really looking forward to it and the fucker has blue mould on.

Have to say, this is the second product I've got from Aldi that's been mouldy and starting to wonder is it worth the fucking hassle if I regularly have to chuck stuff out.

Is their packaging process more slapdash than other grocery stores or something?

I’ve never been very lucky with produce from Aldi. I used to try and regularly shop there but, like you say, hardly worth it if you need to bin things.

Doesn’t help you tonight though, hopefully you’ve got a wee un-mouldy treat hidden away

I had some bad grapes and messaged them. They gave me a code to get a refund on my next shop iirc? I didn't have the receipt and didn't want to keep them to return them the following week.

Customer services were brilliant.

Not helpful but what desert was it? The lime cheesecake is amazing

Gross. I had a brand new, unopened and in date pot of yogurt that I was very much looking forward to. When I opened it that had mould in the middle.
I've heard it quite a lot about Aldi products actually - not good, and very annoying when you're looking forward to something
