Am in a crash at the moment with my ME.

Feel like I'm swimming through treacle with lead weights attached to me. I'm exhausted. I ache and am cold because I'm so exhausted.

I could cry I'm so fucking tired and achey and all i want to do is eat.

Yet here I am, at work... bored shitless, aching and nodding off

And even if I could go home amd sleep, I'd still feel drained.

Unmumsnetty hugs to you op. My teen ds has ME and if I could swop with him I would.
Can you go home early?
Find a box set and try and keep warm and cosy.
I have a variety of cuddly ddogs if you are near and want to loan one??

I could watch netflix on my phone whilst at work... it's THAT quiet.

I tried reading some articles online and it just made me even more tired.

And when I DO get home, I have to sort tea, child, house etc...

My Ds4 would be delighted!! Our dcat has started sleeping on his bed and he can't sleep apparently because he just loves dcat soooooo much! (?!)
Poor dcat has been relocated to ds10's bed.

Have asked DH to sort his and DS' tea put when they get in... some of the battle won..
