Board Game recommendations

I’m looking to get DH a board game for Valentines Day. We like Ticket to Ride, Jumanji and Risk.
Could anyon recommend anything?

My current favourites are unearth, splendor, carcassonne and pandemic, all can be played 2 player. Hive is good too!

Labyrinth - love this game and DH and I play it a lot. It's different every time so always a new game.

More Ticket to Ride. There are loads of variations.

Catan, while superb, is a three person game I believe so it depends on whether you want something just for you and DH.

If so Carcassone or King of Tokyo? It's not a board game but we also like the card games Fluxx and Boss Monsters.
