Best makeup remover that doesn't contain alcohol and isn't drying/harsh

Hi all,
Currently I use:

to remove makeup, especially foundation and thought it was great because it didn't irritate my sensitive skin, didn't have any strong fragrances and never made my face feel dry and tight and didn't have any alcohol in it. However, once I scrubbed this on my face with a moist konjac sponge and then washed with water, I used a bit of tissue to try and wipe my face and disappointingly, more foundation was coming off so the micellar water had not removed the foundation from my face.

Are there any good makeup removers that remove every trace yet do not contain alcohol and aren't drying/harsh on the skin, that you would recommend?

It's an absolute beast at getting Male up off and is very gentle, I even use it in eye make up with contacts in!
