Was watching someoenthing on TV and started laughing, sat up (was lying down) and suddenly felt my lights going out . Didn’t lose consciousness just felt myself going , then took a deep breath and back to normalish although very dizzy . Have just eaten a big meal , and been to the loo . Recently started new medication - sertraline and busiperone .

Checked HR on phone and it’s 99 ish . I do get low blood pressure at times ... and busiperone says can cause faints/black outs . I’m not sure whether it’s worth calling 111 ? I’m on my own and have a relative with a heart condition that can be inherited (although I’ve been screened with an echo, stress test and 72 h monitor) so a wee bit panicked ... sitting on my bed now .

Sertraline. You will get used to it.

I had to get used to standing up slowly as well to stop constant head rush.

HR on a phone? An app or an actual monitor?

An App where u put your finger on the screen for example is not realiable

Please dont take this as gospel...
Its not realiable at all.

Sounds like you need a MOT with the GP at the very least. But if you are worried then 111 tonight
