Autistic DC and speech

DD has autism. She struggles a lot with her communication skills. She is a selective mute. At the times she does talk, her speech is fast, quite mumbled and very nasal. She can't cope with eye contact so she also doesn't look at the person she's talking to when she is trying to communicate with them.

People just can't understand her and as she grows this issue is becoming more prominent (she's almost 12).

She's had numerous SALT over the years but to no avail to this particular issue.

Any advice/tips on how I can help her to potentially try to overcome this or at least improve her general talking skills?
