Has anyone successfully had a refund from PlayStation?

So my DS has spent £45 on V bucks (fortnite) and bought himself loads of new items 😩

I've emailed PlayStation hoping they will refund but as he's gone and bought stuff what is the likelihood they will?

No chance of a refund I'm afraid. Never leave a payment method like a credit card on the account as it is so easy for the kids to spend money.

They do, sometimes; refund. You usually have to have applied all the parental controls so that this can't happen again, then it's luck of the draw.

I had £350 refunded from Xbox after ds's account was hacked
100% sure initially as ds was on a bus to dgm's at the time of purchases and Xbox confirmed the address used was absolutely miles away!!

Doesnt it allow you to claim back 3 mistake spends? Or is that once you've submitted the money?

Contact fortnite. ROBLOX refunded us but closed down the account too. Worked as a good lesson all round!
