Anyone been to the Strictly live show?

I am taking DD1 tomorrow and am wondering how long the show is? She is very excited!

Yes! It's in 2 parts of about an hour each, with an interval in the middle. My two dds loved it.

Not for the last couple of years but went regularly before that. It's absolutely brilliant. You get to cast your vote in the middle. She is right to be v excited.

Worst bit was leaving at he end. Car park chaos. (Birmingham).

We went to Manchester last Saturday, this was our 5th show and definitely the best yet. It’s such a feel good show. She won’t have time to get restless, there is so much going on.

Yeah, it's a shame about the parking. You come out on such a high and then spend an hour in a multi storey. Sad
If there's the option to take the train, take it definitely.

Thank you, it was great! She loved it. We parked a 5 minute walk away and it was pretty hassle free! I can see this becoming an annual thing...

Who won Sylvanian? Who presents at the moment?

We had Zoe Ball/Kate Thornton/Mel Giedroyc over the years. Was it the real judges?

It was all 4 real judges, I was pleasantly surprised!

Joe and Dianne won at our show, the host was Ore Oduba but the judges did the presentation.

We went a couple of weeks ago. It is the real judges. Apparently it’s the first year where all four judges were there. It’s Ore Oduba presenting it again this year. My daughters loved it!

IIRC there wasn't anything 'adult' about the shows. i think once Craig made a few risque comments but they would have gone over children's heads.

Was great for my 7yo. Some very mild innuendo which would sail over the head of.anyone too young for it.
