Review appeal for grammar. Missed by. 4 of a mark any experience?

We didn't really have any extenuating circs I could report on the form.

She missed by. 4.
It's always rounded down.

Head doesn't write reviews but gave the highest 1:1 recommendations.

Any experience.. Will it be hopeless...

Unfortunately, there has to be s cut-off somewhere. But if you're allowed to appeal then you might as well. Maybe if they have the space...

We have done the appeal I was wondering if anyone had any luck being so close but with no real extenuating circs..
