Good children's lunch bags

Hey there,

My children have never had a lunch box as they go to a school where all the food is provided for them. (International School) We are moving this summer and will need to buy lunch bags/boxes for them and start making lunches! Eek!

Do you have a good recommendation for a good lunch box? (2 boys Reception and Year 3)

It is a very warm place so they need to be insulated and probably have a small ice pack.

Cheers

We use these www.amazon.co.uk/Insulated-Childrens-Lunch-Colourful-Creatures/dp/B01DDZE2ZW/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=child+lunch+bag+insulated&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8&qid=1549071832&sr=8-7

  • loads of different designs available and ours have been very hard-wearing. Don't come with ice-packs but easy to buy slim ones separately.

The Smiggle ones have nice designs and are very roomy. They’re well insulated and well made so they’ll last several years. They all have a name label.
My DS has this one www.smiggle.co.uk/shop/en/smiggleuk/food-drink/lunchboxes/take-off-lunchbox?colour=MID%20BLUE

Babipur have some good, ethical ones. We also have one from Lands End which is good.

We have a wildkin one bought from Amazon. Great designs, pocket to hold an ice pack and machine washable.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I'll check those out.
