Take the medication- yay or nay?

I've been prescribed some medication for an ear infection and been told not to TTC whilst using it. It's only a weeks worth of medication but I've just realised that we DTD a couple of days before I was due to ovulate. Should I not take the medication in case I'm pregnant? I am in a lot of pain and it's unlikely to clear up without it, but what if I find out I'm pregnant in a weeks time? Wwyd?

I'm assuming these are antibiotics? If so find out if there is one that would be better just in case

I've asked, the doctor said I need this particular one.
