Where do grown ups go for a night out?

I love a night out on the Town but haven't really had one in years, not a proper one with dancing.

TBF even the young people don't seem to do clubbing anymore, so where do you go to dance?

I do most of my dancing at 40th, 50th, or 60th birthday parties
