Old tenants post. Coming to my house

I moved to this address in mid dec. I keep getting post for the old tenants. General post I know that is common. I'm also getting parcels. My neighbour knocked and told me the old tenants are expecting a parcel that her children ordered to their old address. ( my address) anyway when it came I gave it to next door and there have been a few small things that I have posted to my neighbour so she can pass them on. I just had Amazon knock with a big box for the old tenants. I did not take it in.

So do I tell my neighbour to tell the old tenants to stop sending parcels here. (Tjat feels a bit rude )

Or put not at this address and put in post box ?

Or don't be a grump and just give it to next door for her to pass on

You need to start returning everything to sender, in case the letters are debt collection letters and you end up with bailiffs at your door.

I agree. Just send all mail back as not known at this address and refuse to accept any further parcels.

Return it all. It does stop in the end, but takes a concerted effort initially.

A big parcel came for them over the weekend I refused to sign for it so they took it away . Then the next day the old tenants children came here asking for their parcel. Hopefully they will stop as I refused to sign for it.

I have learned not to facilitate this kind of thing. They'll soon update their details when it inconveniences them.

Yep, refuse parcels and return post to sender. No incentive for them to change their address if they're still getting everything without any bother (and probably it's intentional because they're not in to collect parcels? I can't imagine the mistake being made that many times accidentally).
