Yet another shitty low quality episode of "customer service" where the agent clearly has little to no grasp of the company's goods, services or policies, let alone an ability to correspond in clear English on basic CS issues that should be easy to deal with.
Is there anywhere which publishes where big companies have their contact centres so consumers can make informed choices about who to shop with?
To be clear, I don't blame the agents personally, I 100% lay fault with the companies who are all about lowest possible cost and forget about empowering staff or training them well enough to offer decent assistance. There ARE companies who can do this - Lakeland is an obvious example, and I choose to spend with them because of this reputation. But this time I got caught out
