But also a guilt free daytime nap when you've got the house to yourself and can justify it due to shift work. Daytime napping is so ridiculously self indulgent and luxurious! Napped when I got home from work at 11am (4pm to 10am - we are allowed to sleep but it's impossible to sleep properly) and woke feeling very luxurious and warm despite the fact I was woken by my teen and pre teen banging on the window, too lazy to use their keys to get in

getting into bed an hour before i want to sleep and reading with the bedroom to myself, no telly no interruptions (till his lordships descends in the room)

Early evening when on holiday somewhere hot. Sitting on the balcony whilst the sun goes down.

Reading a book with some snacks and no interruptions.

Watching snow whilst in cosy pjs.

Going to see a film you have been really looking forward to.

When I wake up and think I've got to get the kids up and ready for school then I realise it's Saturday and I can snuggle back down with DP.

Getting into a clean pair of pyjamas, fluffy socks, dressing gown, getting into bed after work with a coffee and a book. Or maybe just a nap.

A game of netball - can't beat the running, the shouting, the teamwork, the excitement. I play at least twice a week, and at time of year I have to hope the games are not snowed off!

On holiday in Greece somewhere, sitting in a taverna just off the beach having a long leisurely lunch watching the world go by with the backdrop of the deep blue sea.
