Moody teens

Tell me about you teens? have one DD who is 13. She can’t be the only one who is moody, rude and downright awful at times.

Tried to get her to do things together, gym, cinema, games nights. She is just not interested wanting to be with friends all the time.

Just feel sad that my gorgeous chatty girl is so different.

I am trying to be compassionate but the eye rolling and smart remarks wear me down.

It will be ok in the end won’t it?

My 16 year old is lazy, moody, cheeky and he drives me insane. He’s a good kid, gets regular showers, changes his clothes, he goes to college and is doing really well but he spends most of his time at home playing on the computer and grunting. His room looks like a tip I used to go and pick up the rubbish, clothes, cups etc but now I’ve given up. He got a girl friend, I thought this was good he might go out Grin she’s a gamer too so they have this online relationship even though she only lives a few streets away! Anything I say isn’t true or is out dated until his friends say the same then he agrees Hmm. So no OP you are not alone, theee teenagers are a mystery lol
