Book characters with brightly coloured hair - inspiration needed

Hoping someone can provide some inspiration.... my son really wants to have brightly coloured hair (preferably blue but any unnatural colour would work) for world book day but I can't think of any characters with hair like that. I would like to buy the book in advance to use it as encouragement for him to actually read something before world book day! Any ideas? He is 8.

He could be blue, with red hair and be a Nac MacFeegle from the Tiffany Aching books (Terry Pratchett).

Tonks from the Harry potter books? She's a girl but she's a metamorphmagus so she can change her physical appearance at will and is often seen sporting wildly different coloured hair

Tonks has a baby, Teddy, during the last HP book. I'm sure in the epilogue set years later he's a teenager with blue hair.
